DailyObjects, an Indian lifestyle-tech brand known for its design-led approach, has successfully raised ₹332 crore in a funding round. The investment, which includes both primary and secondary transactions, values the company at approximately ₹1,050 crore. The round was spearheaded by Xponentia Capital Partners, Anicut Capital, and Axiom Asia Private Capital.

This funding round marks a significant milestone for DailyObjects as it embarks on an ambitious expansion plan. The company intends to establish 150 exclusive brand outlets (EBOs) across India over the next five years. This move aims to enhance its retail footprint, improve product discovery, and bring the brand closer to consumers in key markets.

Roots Ventures, an early investor in DailyObjects, is partially exiting the company with an impressive 18x return on its investment. Despite this exit, Roots Ventures will continue to hold a stake in the company alongside other investors such as 360 One Asset and Trifecta Capital. The Rainmaker Group served as the exclusive advisor for this transaction.

P. R. Srinivasan, managing partner at Xponentia, praised DailyObjects for its distinctive brand in a market traditionally dominated by functional products. He highlighted the company's commitment to global standards and its potential to become a global consumer brand originating from India.

The funds raised will also be allocated towards strengthening DailyObjects' product and research and development capabilities. The company plans to invest in new product ranges, design, materials, and quality to create differentiated offerings and strengthen its category leadership. This will involve deepening its in-house design and R&D capabilities, exploring new materials, and continuing to raise the bar on product quality.

Founded in 2012, DailyObjects has evolved from its beginnings in phone cases to a broader lifestyle-tech brand. Its product portfolio now spans technology, carry, and workspace essentials. The company is committed to product innovation and aims to build a portfolio that can support its next phase of growth.

DailyObjects is also evaluating potential international markets as part of its broader ambition to become a global design-led consumer brand. The company is currently in the R&D and exploration stage, with more concrete expansion plans expected in the next fiscal year.

Pankaj Garg, co-founder and CEO of DailyObjects, expressed optimism about the company's future. He stated that the investment provides the capital needed to build a ₹1,000 crore business over the coming years and ultimately establish a global brand from India.

Co-founder and COO Saurav Adlakha emphasized the importance of this investment in deepening the company's in-house capabilities and creating greater differentiation within product categories.

Prior to this funding round, DailyObjects had raised approximately ₹100 crore in equity over the past decade to build and scale its business. The company's steady growth has been attributed to its focus on product quality and unit economics, as noted by Ashvin Chadha, co-founder and managing partner of Anicut Capital.
