Work stretches from ICRISAT near BHEL Township to Ganesh Gadda. Bottlenecks,diversions hit hard at key spots like Isnapur X roads,Lakdaram,Rudraram,Ismailkhanpet.

At Novopan junction,retaining walls for underpass going up. Carriageways shut both directions. Traffic now on temporary service roads,just 8 to 10 metres wide. Patancheru to Sangareddy commuters forced into these tight lanes,adding to congestion.

This corridor is vital link between Hyderabad,Sangareddy,spanning towards Maharashtra,Karnataka. Around 200,000 employees from pharmaceutical,manufacturing sectors in IDA Patancheru,IDA Pashamylaram use it daily. School buses,heavy goods vehicles crowd the road,plus over 100,000 migrant workers in local industries.

Traffic Inspector Ashok said juggling multiple projects is stretching resources thin. Only 20 personnel to manage area — not enough. “Less staff,more works here,” he noted,underlining team's struggles.

Congestion worst at Novopan,Isnapur . Other trouble spots: Sri Siddhi Vinayaka Temple area in Rudraram,Muthangi near ORR exit 3 . Heavy foot traffic,vehicles mix at these locations. Local authorities,including Sangareddy District Collector Prateek Jain,SP Paritosh Pankaj,have inspected situation.

Deputy Executive Engineer Ramakrishna from National Highways wing of Telangana Roads and Buildings department said construction should finish by March 2027. But land acquisition issues linger,especially near religious, residential areas. These complicate construction sequencing.

“Service roads were to finish first before main carriageway,” Ramakrishna explained. “Land restrictions forced simultaneous work in spots,raising inconvenience for users.”
