Horizon Industrial Parks,India's top developer for industrial and logistics infrastructure, is prepping its IPO launch on August 17,2026. The offer,closing August 19,aims to raise ₹2,600 crore — all from fresh issuance,no promoter shares involved.
With backing from Blackstone Group,Horizon runs a massive network: 58.01 million square feet in ten key Indian cities . Total income jumped 75% to ₹767.84 crore for fiscal 2026, and EBITDA shot up 79% to ₹607.80 crore. But net loss widened to ₹203.65 crore from ₹178.78 crore last year.
The IPO looks to boost the balance sheet,with ₹2,250 crore set for debt repayment. Aims to cut finance costs,improve financial health . Yet, borrowings stood at ₹6,884.34 crore in March 2026.
Price band is ₹57 to ₹60 per share, valuing the company at 2.15 times its NAV . Post-issue market cap hits ₹17,297.61 crore. With negative EPS and RoNW, traditional P/E methods don't apply.
It opens amid strong demand for logistics and industrial space in India, fueled by manufacturing,e-commerce,and organized warehousing growth. Horizon's facilities serve over 100 clients in e-commerce, retail, FMCG, renewable energy,and automotive sectors .
Founded in 2009,Horizon's footprint includes 15.55 million square feet in fulfillment centers and 10.36 million for industrial facilities. Plans for 6.31 million square feet of in-city centers across seven cities to support last-mile delivery and services.
