Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) announced candidates who missed initial options entry for professional course admissions get another shot after mock seat allotment results. This decision follows options entry deadline closing June 30. H. Prasanna,executive director of KEA,reassured applicants there's no need for concern.

Prasanna stressed ample time was given for candidates to register choices. But some didn't . He urged these candidates to list preferred colleges and courses while waiting for mock results. Once first round of mock results is out,they can enter or change their options. This also applies to new applicants .

On a related note, Prasanna said 70 candidates applying under sports quota must undergo document verification. They need to report to KEA office on July 3 with original documents to complete verification process.
