Complaint came from Sachith K.H., from Biligeri village,after his trip from Madikeri to Bengaluru on November 6,2025.

During journey,Sachith said AC broke down, causing major discomfort and breathing problems. Told conductor,but nothing was done. Made worse by sealed windows, trapping heat inside bus.

Sachith turned to consumer commission for help, citing hardship. Commission pointed out passengers pay extra for AC travel,including taxes . If AC fails,they said,transport company must offer alternative, like another AC bus .
