"Crossing Pacific for Parkinson's Disease" picked up three Gold awards, including People's Telly Winner and categories for Non-broadcast Motivational & Advice and Non-broadcast Live Events & Experiences. The 11-minute film follows athletes Patrick Morrisey, Brendan Cusick, Scott Forman,and Peter Durso,who rowed 2,800 miles across Pacific Ocean. Raised $41 million for MJFF,helped by a three-for-one match from an anonymous donor. Morrissey first person with Parkinson's to complete this feat.
