Saudi Arabia wants to boost trade ties with Russia, said Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources Bandar Al-Khorayef after the St . Petersburg International Economic Forum. He sees room for more cooperation. Current trade at just $4 billion doesn't match either country's potential.
Al-Khorayef stated,“I’m sure there is room for a lot of cooperation.” He said the focus now should be on finding ways to raise trade and investment levels. And private sector's role is key,he noted, with many private entities at the forum. Optimism is high for partnerships with Russian companies.
As Saudi Arabia looks to diversify its economy and build global ties, minister's comments hint at a strong effort to deepen economic links with Russia. But will these anticipated collaborations really open new doors for both nations…?
