Adani Airport City Limited (AACL) aims to reshape airport landscapes,pouring over ₹20,000 crore into this colossal venture. It's rolling out in stages, starting with around 22 million square feet for hospitality,retail, entertainment,and commercial spaces at six airports:Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Jaipur,and Guwahati.
Project taps into 655-acre land bank,with nearly 440 acres in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai. These two will absorb roughly 70% of investment. Airport cities designed to connect terminals with local transport,like metro links,without sprawling urban chaos.
Blueprints include hotels,office spaces, dining areas,retail shops,and spots for entertainment and conventions.
