BYD’s premium electric vehicle brand, Denza,is set to enhance its offerings with the introduction of two new pure-electric SUVs: Denza N8 and the Denza N8L . These models are designed to cater to the growing demand for family-oriented electric vehicles,featuring advanced battery technology and a spacious interior.
The Denza N8,a five-seat variant,measures 5,150 mm in length,while the six-seat N8L stretches to 5,200 mm . Both models share a wheelbase of 3,075 mm, with identical width and height dimensions of 1,999 mm and 1,820 mm,respectively. This design allows for a comfortable ride without compromising on performance.
At the heart of the Denza N8 is powerful tri-motor configuration,which includes 270 kW motor at front and twin 310 kW motors at the rear . This setup delivers a remarkable combined output of 890 kW,or 1,193 hp. For those seeking alternatives, single-motor configurations are also available, offering peak outputs of 320 kW and 370 kW.
Energy storage is managed by the second-generation Blade Battery, developed by FinDreams. Denza's push into the pure electric market follows a successful month in June 2026,during which the brand delivered 18,631 vehicles.
