Government of India secured ₹120 crore from e-auction of residential plots in Medipally,eastern Hyderabad, on Wednesday . Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) ran this auction as part of phase-III at site,which has seen property values rise sharply since last auction three years ago.
Highest bid hit ₹80,000 per square yard,while average was ₹56,260 per square yard. Big leap from previous auction where top bid was ₹50,000 per square yard. HMDA noted strong interest from home buyers,investors,showing solid demand in real estate market.
