Kicked off as pilot in March 2025,QR-code feedback now spans 8,000+ buses and 125 bus stations across Gujarat. Passengers can easily submit feedback,giving real-time insights into service quality.
Feedback ratings highlighted strengths. Staff behavior and passenger safety both scored 4.9 stars. Cleanliness,seating comfort,and punctuality followed with 4.8 stars each. Clearly,passengers are quite satisfied with GSRTC's services.
Harsh Sanghavi,Deputy Chief Minister of Gujarat,stressed feedback's importance. GSRTC isn't just collecting data,they're responding to it. "Complaints,suggestions,issues from platform go to departments and depots for action," he said. Quick response to passenger concerns.
