Palanisamy's connection to Vijay goes back years, marked by shared history in Tamil film industry. He started managing musician GV Prakash Kumar, building network that eventually led him to Vijay. In 2020,he founded The Route,a talent management and film production company producing major films,including Vijay's hits Master and Leo, both directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj.
