Razak deceived a 16-year-old girl with fake marriage promises,taking her to silk factory in Ram Nagar,Kalaburagi. There,he continuously abused her. Case filed at Kalaburagi Sub-Urban Police Station after girl's report.

Assistant Commissioner of Police D.G . Rajanna led investigation,building a strong chargesheet against Razak under Indian Penal Code,POCSO Act,and SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

Justice S.L. Chavan of Additional District and Sessions Court found Razak guilty after reviewing evidence,arguments. Court also ordered District Legal Services Authority to give ₹5 lakh compensation to victim within a month.
