Veteran actor Kiran Kumar couldn't hide his joy over Welcome to the Jungle's box office triumph. He sees it as a fresh opening for senior actors. With Akshay Kumar leading, the film's success felt especially sweet for him.

In an interview,Kumar said film reaffirmed his faith in genuine performances, no matter how big or small the role. He praised director Ahmed Khan for handling the large cast skillfully. "The film's success has breathed new life into actors. With so many around, it's nice to know your work gets noticed," he said.

Akshay Kumar gave a heartfelt shoutout to Kiran Kumar and Farida Jalal for their roles in the film's success . On social media, he thanked everyone involved,but highlighted the blessings from senior actors like Kumar and Jalal. "While I am indebted to every single soul connected to Welcome to the Jungle, I bow down in gratitude to seniors like Farida ji and Kiran Sir," he wrote.

Kumar was moved by Akshay's gesture,recalling their long industry ties starting over 30 years ago. He reminisced about their work on Dhadkan from 2000, admiring Akshay's humility. "It's so sweet of Akshay babu to give us s so! Shows how big a heart he has," Kumar said .

Reuniting with Farida Jalal was another highlight for Kumar. Even though their characters appeared later in the film,their chemistry was strong. "I worked with her in Heena (1991). I feel happy for everybody. When the audience laughs, claps, and whistles, it's the greatest feeling for an actor," he added.

The film's success opened new doors for Kiran Kumar, though he insists personal fame isn't his main goal . "I have never craved personal glory. For me, my film should work as everyone gets benefits from it. Thodi bahut tareef se mera kaam chal jayega par meri film chalni chahiye!"

Kumar started acting at 18 and has been in the industry for over 53 years . His biggest lesson? The value of simplicity and subtlety in acting. He applied this in his recent work.

Currently,Kiran Kumar is leading an independent film project in Ghaziabad. He's also active in TV, appearing in shows like Dev Anchal and Seth Pannalal Ki Baradari on Doordarshan. For him,acting is a passion. "Big or small, size of work doesn't matter. Acting is my love,so I enjoy working more than making money from it."

Kumar's career spans over five decades,starting as child actor in Love in Simla before moving to adult roles. His first major lead was in the Gujarati film Azad Mohabbat. As he continues in both film and TV, Kumar remains a testament to talent's enduring nature.
