Grammy-nominated musician Krishna Das is preparing for a five-city tour in India this October and November,promising his unique mix of devotional kirtan with modern musical elements. Team Innovation Cultural is organizing the tour after his past shows here were a hit.
Kicking off in New Delhi on October 23,the tour hits Mumbai on October 25,Pune on October 30,Ahmedabad on November 1, wrapping up in Bengaluru on November 4. Each show features 2.5-hour kirtan session, focusing on call-and-response tradition,inviting audience participation for an immersive vibe rather than just a concert .
Seen as one of top kirtan artists globally, Krishna Das has spent over 30 years bringing traditional Indian chanting to audiences worldwide. His fusion of ancient Sanskrit chants with modern music attracts both spiritual seekers and music fans.
“Coming back to India is always special. The warmth and devotion of audiences here inspire me every time,” Krishna Das said. He hopes gatherings will help attendees reconnect with love, compassion, and inner peace through sacred sound.
