Since May 29, 2026, students can get bus passes via Education Department’s EDCS Seva Sindhu portal . After free pass announcement, those who paid must log into Seva Sindhu portal with registered mobile number and OTP to start refund. Aadhaar-based e-KYC verification needed,plus bank account details — theirs or parents'.

Once application submitted,refund processed through NEFT or RTGS,credited directly to bank account. Students get SMS notification. KSRTC stressed no need to visit transport office or pass counter,as whole refund process is online .
