Pothula Kiran Kumar, who was promoted and appointed as Additional Director (In-charge) in the Andhra Pradesh Information and Public Relations Department, assumed charge at the Commissioner’s office in the NTR Administrative Building in Vijayawada on Wednesday.Mr. Kiran Kumar, who had been serving as Joint Director, said every responsibility entrusted to him in the department had enriched his experience and offered valuable lessons.
