Transport Department scored big in recent Positive Public Perception (P3) survey . Puttur and Srikalahasti offices got noticed for standout service. Using an interactive voice response system (IVRS), department gathered opinions from across state to boost transparency and accountability.
Puttur office led by Motor Vehicle Inspector V. Chandrashekhar nailed a perfect 100% positive feedback over last two months. Second win in a row. Srikalahasti office, under Motor Vehicle Inspector Damodar Naidu,wasn't far behind with 96% positive feedback,ranking it second statewide.
Regional Transport Officer Korrapati Muralimohan applauded both teams Tuesday . He said results show their focus on reaching public, maintaining service quality, and discipline . “The results show how we engage with public, maintain service standards and discipline,” he said.
This feedback effort, suggested by district Collector, is key for gauging department's community standing . But can they keep it up…?
