A 20-year-old man,identified as Sadhanala Santosh Kumar, has been arrested by police in Medchal,India, following allegations of sexual assault,criminal intimidation,and the electronic transmission of obscene material . Kumar, a resident of Toopran in the Medak district,is currently in judicial custody as the investigation unfolds.

The case began when a Zero FIR was filed at the Jawaharnagar police station on May 28. This report was later transferred to Medchal police station,where a formal FIR was registered next day. Authorities have recorded the victim's statement and confirmed that she has undergone a medical examination . Samples collected during this examination have been sent to the Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) in Hyderabad for further analysis.

In course of investigation, police seized mobile phone and two tablets believed to be connected to the case. Investigators are continuing to gather evidence and follow leads as they work to resolve the matter.
