Tensions rising. All India Students' Association (AISA) reported fasting leader hospitalized from critical blood sugar drop after week without food. Danish Ali,Joint Secretary of JNUSU,rushed to Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital for intravenous fluids. Five other AISA activists still on hunger strike with Wangchuk.
During rally,Singh blasted BJP government for ignoring student welfare amid exam controversies. He questioned BJP leaders' absence,stating,"All political parties are here expressing solidarity with a genuine demand of the youngsters of the country." Opposition plans to spotlight these issues in Monsoon Session of Parliament. Singh warned Prime Minister about potential disruptions if no action taken.
Brittas traveled from Kerala for protest,calling it a nationwide fight for youth's future. He slammed government's insensitivity, demanded accountability for exam irregularities plaguing Union exams. "Young people must lead the fight for democratic rights and public education," he urged .
Wangchuk stressed need for educational accountability,warned forceful removal of peaceful protesters would harm India's global image . Concerned for his health, having lost five kilograms during strike . Criticized government inaction on Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan. CJP founder Abhijeet Dipke echoed these warnings,stating government would bear responsibility if Wangchuk's health worsens.
