The 16th edition of FairPro property exhibition kicked off in Coimbatore on Friday, showcasing a vibrant array of residential projects from over 35 developers. Organized by the Confederation of Real Estate Developers Associations of India (CREDAI),the event highlights ongoing and upcoming developments in the Coimbatore district, reflecting the region's dynamic real estate market .

Running from August 7 to 9 at the Codissia Trade Fair Complex, the exhibition features stalls from CREDAI members, offering insights into various housing options,including plotted developments, premium houses, gated communities,and budget-friendly residences. All showcased projects are registered with Tamil Nadu Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA), ensuring compliance with local regulations.

S.R. Aravind Kumar,the head of CREDAI Coimbatore, emphasized the importance of the exhibition for prospective buyers. He encouraged attendees to thoroughly examine details of each project before making a purchase decision. "Members of CREDAI are not just constructing buildings but are also developing skyline of the city," he stated, underscoring role of real estate in urban development .

Gugan Ilango, the president-elect of CREDAI Tamil Nadu,noted a significant uptick in project registrations this year . He revealed that approximately 50 projects from the Coimbatore region typically receive RERA registration annually,but this year alone,50 projects have been registered within just six months. This surge indicates a robust demand and a growing confidence in the local property market.

The exhibition was inaugurated by Haritha Poornima,General Manager of State Bank of India Network-3, who acknowledged the benefits such events bring to home buyers, bankers, and builders alike. She highlighted fair's role in bridging the gap between developers and potential homeowners, facilitating informed decisions in the property sector .

As the three-day event unfolds,it serves not only as a platform for developers to showcase their offerings but also as a vital re market in Coimbatore.
