Ernakulam Rural police scored big Wednesday,seizing about 17 kg of suspected hybrid ganja from a 39-year-old man. One of largest hauls in region. The operation went down in Marampilly near Perumbavoor,where they nabbed Ayush from Arukad in Vypeen.

During routine check,District Anti-Narcotics Special Action Force found 1.25 kg of the narcotic hidden in plastic cover on Ayush's scooter. More digging led cops to his flat,where they uncovered another 16 kg of ganja. Raises the market value to quite sum,though final price tag depends on quality.
