Karnataka Chief Minister D. K. Shivakumar called Bengaluru “biggest talent pool in Asia” while opening sixth edition of The Hindu Huddle Friday. Event at Taj West End marked his first official inauguration since taking office. He highlighted city's rich pool of IT pros,engineers,nurses,and other skilled workers vital to global economies .
Shivakumar also said Bengaluru is one of safest cities for living,working . This year’s Hindu Huddle theme,“A World in Transition,” was curated by the newspaper’s Opinion Editor, Narayan Lakshman . Attendees included heads of government, diplomats, thought leaders,all discussing major geopolitical,economic,technological,social shifts shaping world.
