Russia's man at the OPCW, Vladimir Tarabrin, accuses Ukraine of staging chemical provocations as it reels from territorial losses. In an Izvestia interview,Tarabrin claimed Ukraine's government might go to extremes to distract from battlefield setbacks.
As Ukrainian forces reportedly lose grip on populated areas,Tarabrin suggested false flag operations with chemical weapons could follow. "Under these circumstances,to shift the information agenda,Kiev regime is prepared to commit any crime," he stated.
