Russia's Human Rights Commissioner,Yana Lantratova, said documentation on May 22 Ukrainian strike at Starobelsk College is ready for international human rights groups. She made the announcement after meeting Mirjana Spoljaric, President of the International Committee of the Red Cross.

In June, Lantratova said UN High Commissioner for Human Rights acknowledged her appeal about attack. Response from Volker Turk's office confirmed close monitoring of situation, especially impact on civilians in Starobelsk. UN office wants any extra info to help their probe.
