Rana's trouble started during the third T20I against England at Trent Bridge, feeling sudden pain in his right hamstring. Medical checks showed a Grade 1 injury, ruling him out of the ODI series. He'll be assessed further at BCCI's Centre of Excellence.
Chakravarthy faces a tougher road. A Grade 2 hamstring injury could bench him for 3-6 months,depending on recovery. 34-year-old also felt pain against England. An MRI confirmed damage,pulling him from the Zimbabwe T20I series.
Bishnoi,despite recent struggles, gets another shot after a rough outing in the second T20I against England at Old Trafford. His 17th over gave away 29 runs, key in India's loss. But he's now in for Zimbabwe's three-match T20I series starting soon.
For ODI series against England,Shubman Gill captains a squad featuring stars like Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli,and Shreyas Iyer as vice-captain.
