MEA shared images,videos on social platform X showing patients getting care, sharing positive stories. One local talked about a patient with double fibula fracture, saying, "We just arrived and have received immediate care. The whole service until now has been excellent." Surgery was set for that evening.
Another video showed a patient relieved after arm surgery, saying, "The arm doesn't hurt now... They did a good job. I don't have any problem now." He had suffered five days before treatment at hospital,which opened soon after quakes .
External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar announced India's humanitarian aid arrival June 28, stressing field hospital's role,relief supplies,medical gear in aiding recovery. Shared on X, "Confident that the Field Hospital Unit,relief supplies,medicines and medical equipment will bolster ongoing post-earthquake relief efforts in the country."
Venezuelan National Assembly President Jorge Rodriguez said quake death toll climbed to 2,295, with injuries over 11,267. Noted 12,841 affected, 4,000+ rescue workers involved, 6,461 people rescued so far.
Rodriguez,overseeing temporary camp setup,urged health workers, emergency staff to register on Patria platform to tackle housing issues from disaster . Indian Army's specialized medical team part of broader international effort to ease Venezuela's crisis .
