VMRDA Metropolitan Commissioner N. Tej Bharat spearheaded a seed-ball dispersal initiative at Kailasagiri on Thursday. Approximately 10,000 seed balls were spread out, with the goal of enhancing green cover and transforming Visakhapatnam into a greener city.
Thursday, Visakhapatnam kicked off ambitious environmental push atop Kailasagiri mountain . Thousands of seed balls were scattered across hill. About 10,000 of them. Aim: boost green cover,fight ecological decline. This was a joint effort by the Visakhapatnam metropolitan region's urban body (VMRDA) and environmental group,Green Climate Team.
