Around 2:45 p.m.,a relative returned from the washroom to find Nynika floating in the tank. Although family was home, how she fell remains a mystery. After the discovery,they rushed her to a government hospital in Ghatkesar. But there was nothing doctors could do. She was pronounced dead on arrival.
