In addition to industrial park, the budget includes a variety of other projects designed to improve the region. Plans entail upgrading Trikaripur town's aesthetics and advancing the second phase of road construction over a 4.5-km segment of the Neeleswaram-Thaikadapuram route.

Further improvements comprise the enhancement of 3-km road connecting the Cherupuzha bridge to Ayannur and Kundeni, along with the construction of a seawall spanning from Padanna Kadapuram to Trikaripur Kadapuram within the Valiyaparamba grama panchayat. financial plan also earmarks resources for upgrading the Kooliyad Government Higher Secondary School grounds and building a check dam at Pungamchal across the Chitravahini River in West Eleri grama panchayat .

Moreover,a new water tank with capacity of 30,000 litres is set to be built in Purathekkai, located in Nileshwaram municipality. The MRS Vellachal school and hostel will undergo necessary renovations,including tile replacements and the installation of protective grills. A facilitation center dedicated to beach tourism is also slated for Valiyaparamba beach. Warrier reiterated that these commitments underscore the government’s focus on improving infrastructure, enhancing tourism, and ensuring sufficient water supply to meet the constituency's developmental needs while simultaneously boosting employment prospects .
