Authorities in Kozhikode plan DNA test to check a woman's claim to custody of child found in electronic cradle at Government General Hospital. Infant,named Aarav,discovered March 12,just eight days old.
The woman,claiming to be Aarav's mother,feels deeply distressed after being apart from child over month and half . She reached out to Child Welfare Committee (CWC),submitting formal application. Despite bureaucratic obstacles,she used provision to reclaim children within 60 days of being placed in Ammathottil cradle.
