NEW DELHI — India Semiconductor Mission (ISM) 2.0 launch needs wide approach to boost value chain,chairman of India Electronics and Semiconductor Association (IESA) and India country manager for Marvell Technology said . He emphasized need for policy covering supply chain.
Bishnoi noted initiative should create more than just semiconductor manufacturing. It's about raw materials,minerals,chemicals,gases,steel,equipment too. “ISM 2.0 has to really expand into full ecosystem,” he said,highlighting incentives needed to drive growth in these sectors.
