At Saturday's press conference,Thulasi detailed a monitoring committee that will steer construction projects and fix technical snags at college. Ottappalam Subcollector,also special officer for medical college,will lead it. Other members: local MP,MLA, District Collector, medical college director. They'll meet every ten days to track progress,engage with technical,administrative teams.

The Minister stressed urgency on finishing construction works, especially main block, OP block,OT block,OPC building — all vital for college operations. Public Works Department got orders to speed up and hand over projects to college administration on time.
