Concerns about a recent recruitment event have surfaced, leading top leader from Telugu Desam Party (TDP) to speak to reporters. The Chairman of the Andhra Pradesh Kalinga Komati Corporation accused the YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) of trying to damage the current government's reputation, which managed a recruitment drive for job seekers.
With protests from the opposition set for June 1, 2026, he cautioned that these demonstrations might hurt candidates who passed the exam. The TDP leader stressed hiring process was transparent, brushing off claims of misconduct from rival parties .
He pointed to key government initiatives, like building the Bhogapuram International Airport and a major tech facility in Visakhapatnam, saying these projects would create plenty of jobs for locals. He believes these efforts will lead to positive changes in the community.
As political tensions rise, the opposition has called for a Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) probe into alleged irregularities tied to the recruitment drive, adding fuel to the fire between the parties . This spat shows larger fight for public support as both sides prepare for the upcoming elections.
