Two fishermen injured,one critically, after explosion of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) cylinder on traditional boat on Feroke river . Incident happened Friday night near old Feroke bridge .
Blast hit when fishermen tried to light stove after opening gas cylinder valve inside vessel. Cylinder blew up shortly after, leaving K. Sunil from Thiruvananthapuram with burns on over 50% of his body . He's in critical condition,now at Government Medical College Hospital in Kozhikode.
R. Sabari,the other fisherman,has less severe injuries and is receiving medical care too. Authorities have started probing what led to explosion, hoping to find exact cause .
