Transition to fully online platform for housing services aims to change how residents in Tamil Nadu access resources . State minister for housing and urban development,P. Rajkumar,announced it during recent review of housing board's operations.
Rajkumar said digitizing services will streamline access,making dealings with board simpler and more efficient. It should boost transparency and speed up processing for public housing options.
At review meeting,they evaluated housing board's activities. Talks covered progress on existing projects,availability of properties for buyers,and how sale deeds are issued. Minister also discussed future plans,including rental options,revenue assessments,and budget needs.
Rajkumar laid out key projects,urging focus on government employees' house scheme and refurbishment of tenements by Tamil Nadu Urban Habitat Development Board. Emphasis also on developing satellite towns in Thirumazhisai,Uchapatti - Thoppur in Madurai,and Mullur in Pudukottai. R. Kirlosh Kumar,secretary of housing and urban development,and S.
